By making a reservation with Lancaster Park Outdoor Resort, you agree to our 2026 Terms and Conditions, short list of regulations and full regulations, listed below but not limited to sections 1 to 27, along with short list of campground regulations.
Full campground regulations are also listed on the campground website (www.lancasterpark.ca)
1. Cancellations done within 15 days or longer of a reservation start date will result in a 50% refund.
2. Cancellations done within 14 days or closer to the reservation start date will receive no refund. If you need to cancel, please let us know by email (info@lancasterpark.ca).
3. Shortened stays: result in no refund or credit.
4. No shows result in no refund.
5. Reservations are locked in and cannot be moved to another date and are non transferrable.
6. The total rv camping, cabin or tiny home fees of your reservation are payable at the time your reservation is created.
7. Cabin and tiny home check-in time is 4pm or later.
8. Cabin and tiny home check-out time is 10am sharp; there is a late check-out fee of $50 per hour for late cabin check-outs.
9. Cabins and tiny homes receive a gate card and pass for their vehicle; they are to be returned during check-out.
10. There is a $500 security deposit for cabins and tiny homes, due on the day of check-in, payable by e-transfer. It is returned by e-transfer a day or 2 after check-out once the cabin or tiny home has been cleaned and inspected, and gate card and vehicle pass are returned undamaged. Fee for non returned gate pass is $50, fee for non returned vehicle pass is $25. We have an outdoor drop box south side for both in case the office is closed during your check-out.
11. Rv camping site check-in time is after 4pm; on occasion we can accommodate an earlier check-in.
12. Rv camping site check-out time is 12 noon, on occasion we can accommodate a later check-out.
13. Rv camping sites receive a gate card and vehicle pass; they are both returnable during check-out.
14. There is a $100 security deposit due upon rv camping site check-in payable by e-transfer. It is returned by e-transfer a day or 2 after check-out, once gate card and vehicle camping pass are returned undamaged, and rv camping site is inspected.
15. Fee for non returned gate pass is $50, fee for non returned vehicle pass is $25. There is an outdoor drop box by our office door south side in case of check-outs while the office is closed.
16. Please inform the campground if you are running late past our closing hours, we will do our best to help you check-in after hours.
17. No more than five people (a single-family group of parents and children under 18) can occupy a campsite or cabin or tiny home, the exception is cabin #1, which only can accommodate 2 people.
18. One car per reservation. There are extra fees for more vehicles, or for extra children or adults, but no more than 1 extra adult, and no more than 2 extra children.
19. Pets must be registered during the reservation process (please read our pet policy).
20. Camping fees paid at the time of reservation are for the campsite only and the stated number of campers and pet; and do not include charges for visitor entry or additional campers into the campground.
21. Guests visiting your campsite, cabin or tiny home will be required to pay a Visitor Entry Fee.
22. The fee for one vehicle is included in your reservation, and your vehicle must be parked in line with your trailer as to not to block the view of other campers or for cabins and tiny homes, in designated parking spots. There is an extra vehicle fee, and the extra vehicle may not be parked on your site but parked inside the visitor parking section. Untagged vehicles in our campground and visitor parking area will be towed away at owner’s expense.
23. Reservations are non-transferable.
24. Campers making reservations must be 25 years of age or over. If a camper is under 25 years of age and makes a reservation it will not be honoured when they arrive at the campground, and all fees paid will be forfeited. We are a family-based campground and do not cater to groups of young adults.
25. Late arrivals and no shows: If you are unable to arrive by 9:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival but you still wish to retain your reservation, please contact the campground office, and leave a message or email (info@lancasterpark.ca). We will do our best to accommodate a late arrival. The telephone number for the campground is: 613 347 3452. 26.Camping fees will be payable on all nights reserved prior to the camper’s arrival at the campground.
27.Campers who have not arrived at the campground by 9:00 am on the day following their scheduled arrival and who have not contacted the campground to inform us of their late arrival will be deemed a no-show.
Short List of 2026 Campground Regulations
You receive a copy on check-in that you must sign, it is updated from time to time.
Camping site check out is 12 noon; cabin checkout time is 10am
· We welcome all customers and we strive to provide excellent service. We expect all patrons to treat our staff and others with kindness, dignity, and respect, fostering a safe, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.
· Speed limit is 10km in the campground.
· Visitors can park and pay the visitor entry fee at the front gate. Unfortunately, they may not bring in any pets nor drive in.
· One car per site. Extra vehicles incur a fee and must park in visitor parking.
· Outside firewood is not permitted to be brought into the campground due to federal regulations (to prevent the spread of invasive species and disease).
· Do not circulate in the park with your vehicle; golf carts, powered scooters, powered bicycles, stand up scooters, segways, kiddie cars, drones, or any loud or powered toys are not permitted.
· Fireworks or firearms are not permitted.
· Please check with the front office as to where fishing is permitted
· Do not enter or fish off any of the boat dock systems.
· Please dispose of your garbage every day and at the end of your stay as it will attract wildlife.
· Do not feed the geese, ducks or seagulls on the beach as they soil our waterfront.
· It is against Provincial law to walk around the campground with beer bottles, cans or alcohol. Alcohol consumption AND now smoking must be confined to within your campsite. No glass containers anywhere. Drink responsibly.
· No lifeguard is on duty at the beach. Parents or guardians must supervise children under 16. No pushing or boisterous play.
· Children under 7 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult to the washroom. Youth under 17 years of age are to be on an adult supervised site by 10:00pm.
· Extreme Quiet Time: 10:00pm to 8:00am. No loud music/noise at any time. At any time, if your neighbour can hear any sounds from your site, it is too loud.
· Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the campground immediately.
· Overnight security guard Friday Saturday and Sunday nights; gated campground
· Pet Related Rules & Responsibilities
· All pets must be registered within our reservation system and checked in during the check-in/arrival process.
· All pets must be on a leash not exceeding 2 metres (6 feet) in length at all times.
· Pets must be kept under control at all times.
· Pets are not permitted to make excessive noise or disturb others. Excessive noise from a barking dog which disturbs fellow campers is a top complaint. Pets, especially dogs, should not be left alone on campsites to bark and disturb surrounding campers. The management considers this excessive noise and will ask you to remove your pet(s) from the campground.
· ·Pets are not permitted in prohibited areas including: on or near the beach; playground; waterfront; sports field; restaurant; Pioneer Hall; waterfront patio; washrooms; laundry room.
· Pets are not permitted to cause injury (including damaging live vegetation) nor dig holes in the camping site.
· Pet owners are required to properly dispose of domestic animal excrement. When walking your pet, always carry a bag for waste.
· Area where you can run/walk your dog: is at the far northeast corner of the campground. The trail to that area is across the main road across from the front office.
· Pets are considered dogs, cats, and some forms of caged vermin or caged birds. To be specific, domesticated wild animals, domesticated farm animals, reptiles and such are not permitted within our campground.
